It was really fun and inspiring to get into a different routine! The advice that you gave in your workout plan really helped! I have always believed in training for someone other than myself…I want to stay in shape for my gorgeous husband of 10 years who also works out religiously. I avoid eating junk foods and make our home our haven. It was also very helpful to know that I should eliminate carbs after 6pm, and limit alcohol intake. The work outs were challenging and fun. 1. Biggest Challenge:
My biggest challenge while on the program was to maintain access to quality, healthy foods. I found that a lifestyle of travelling and working can make it a challenge to make sure you have the food you need at the times you need it.
Whereas finding a gym is pretty easy (I recently went to Austin and easily fixed up a week pass to Gold’s Gym) finding stores and restaurants with your kind of food be quite a bummer. What ends up happening is that as a result of this, you find that you master the art of advanced preparation which has really helped me in my muscle building goals.

2. Improvements:
Where do I start? I obviously got bigger and stronger but the real improvement was in my self-confidence. I found that I was able to interact with people in a much more assertive manner and I also experienced a lot more attention from women. A huge increase in attention from women! Other than that, I found that I had a lot more energy, a lot more discipline and determination and a better understanding of how to build high quality muscle, quickly.

3. Biggest Benefit:
The biggest benefit for me was to be able to walk out in public and feel like I could flaunt for once. I had been eager to cover myself up in the past and it’s no way to live. You always feel restricted by the things you wear and as a result you don’t feel you can go to the pool or the beach with your friends. You live a life wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable but in this case, your comfort is in being under the radar. Now I don’t have that problem. I wear what I want when I want and it looks great because I fill it up. Thanks Vince.

4. Why you got started?
The reason I got started on the program was almost like a last-ditch attempt to do something different with my body. I’d always wanted to have a ripped body but I figured that it was one of those things I couldn’t achieve because of genetics. When I read that Vince dismissed those claims, I thought “he sounds genuine and he looks like the real deal – let’s give it my best shot”. It worked.

P.S.  If anyone wants to find the quickest, most effective way of putting on high quality, lean muscle so that they can have the bodies they want – Vince DelMonte has the answers. His program isn’t difficult to follow and it’s all about being as natural and as healthy as possible. If it wasn’t for Vince’s advice I’d still be trying out the guides in all the bogus fitness magazines and getting the same crappy results.

“Gained 25 lbs of Muscle In 7-Weeks... INSANE!”

What were your obstacles and frustrations before ordering my program? - Began to take an interest in working out on July 27th. I ordered your ebook in December. In July, I weighed 9st/126lbs. In December i weighed.............9st 7lbs/ 131lbs. Couldn't put on mass or bulk. Noting. The reason i put on 7 lbs was probably due to just general growth. Unfortunately I did not get started with the program until 7 weeks ago. SO as it stood, in April i was around 9st 9lbs. 

What motivated you to take action and order the program? Despite living in England I play football. When i say football i mean "American football". I was placed at Cornerback and I wanted to play Safety or Linebacker. I was good player technically but I wanted to be a force on the field physically. As you will see in some pictures of me playing football I was not big. AT ALL. Also I started to notice that I was dis respected being the size I was and people looked at me as a bit of a wimp. 

What was your initial impression of the e-book and program? Loved it. I am educated in physical education, bio mechanics etc so reading the things you had written in the book gave me full reassurance that you knew your stuff and you werent just a guy looking to make some easy dosh by luring desperate people into a false sense that you had a 7 day, miracle transformation formula. 

What kind of results have you achieved with your physique? I am only 7 weeks into the programme. I now weigh 11st 2lbs. Now, dont get me wrong. Thats not HUGE, and no where near where I wanna end up. But in 7 weeks I have added density, and muscle. Statistically thats 25lbs in 7 weeks!!  I havent even started on the strength gains!! I have always been a strong kid, but I am able to push HARD now. Benching my own body weight and more. I feel so much more solid on the field too. Although only 11st 2lbs, my strength feels the equivalent of a 16st man. To sum up, if you follow it correctly, you get exactly what you desire, and as you said, you tap into so many untouched muscle fibres. 

How else has the investment changed your life? More confident, more respected, play and perform better. Has taken me to a whole new level. And to remind you one more time, 7 weeks out of 29. Then on to the advance level after that 29 weeks is up. Cannot wait to see how I feel in another 5 weeks let alone 22. Thankyou Vince.

“Lost 14 Lbs Of Fat And Gained 3 Lbs Of Muscle In 8-Weeks!”

“In late March, I spent 2 weeks in Ft. Myers, Florida watching spring training baseball, as I do every year. Of course, I had to make a trip to Ft. Myers beach for the Spring Break festivities. The baseball was great...but the beach was rough. The attached "before" pictures were taken the week I got back from that trip, and as the look on the face sitting above those 2 chins indicates, I wasn't exactly stoked to be out on the beach shirtless in such poor physical condition.

Just prior to that trip I purchased your NNMB program, and spent many hours out in the Florida sun reading through and absorbing the material. I returned from my trip determined to put on 20-25 lbs muscle, but I was intrigued by the wedding workout you released, which came out the same week I returned. I knew I didn't want to spend the summer looking the way I did. I decided to pull the trigger and see what I could accomplish before June 13th. I'm so glad I did! In the weeks since then, I've lost 14 lbs body fat and put on at least 3 lbs muscle, and as the pictures indicate, all the hard work has paid off in a BIG way.

I work in management at a Colorado Software Company, which was recently voted one of the top 20 workplaces in America. I’m proud to be a part of such an exclusive organization, but the culture at my company, while lending itself to exceptional achievement, also tends to lend itself to another thing. Obesity. A fully stocked 1200 sq ft cafeteria with every soda and high GI carb source you can imagine exists a mere 20 steps from my desk.

I’m so proud to say that since graduating college, I’ve been able to avoid the trap that I see so many of my coworkers falling into as their single most valuable asset (their bodies!) wastes away into their 30’s. I have to say, from the bottom of my cardiovascular system, thank you for doing what you do. You are truly a pioneer in creating a more health conscious society where people understand that the power to be a much healthier, much happier person lies inside anyone with the courage to go out and get it. “English Teacher Ready To Hit The Beach With His Family!”

“The Wedding Day Workout works! I began this new program soon after Vince released it, and I can definitely tell it has had a positive affect on my body. I have stayed true to the diet since the beginning, including the 24-hour fasts, and the 2-week "extreme diet" Vince released recently. The workouts have been very effective because they really pushed me with my endurance. I bought a stopwatch to ensure I did not cheat with the 60-second rest period in between supersets. Additionally, on my "off-days" I stretched and performed interval training cardio workouts 2-3 times per week. 

I also followed Vince's advice and varied the sets/reps with the exercises every three weeks or so. I started heavy with the weights initially (4 sets/6 reps), and then after three weeks went light (3 sets/12-15 reps). I also completed a three-week session somewhere in the middle, but my body definitely reacted positively when I switched from very heavy to light. 

For obvious reasons, the diet was the most challenging part of the workout! However, as Vince has said time and time again, your body changes have 90% to do with what you eat, and 10% with your time in the gym. I continually reminded myself of that, and learned to live off of eggs, tuna, chicken, vegetables and fruit. Yet, when I eliminated the fruit, I really noticed a change. By taking the fruit out and soon after sugars completely, I dropped a few last pounds almost immediately. In fact, I am continuing to stay off of sugars for a few more days because I love the way it is helping pop my abs out.

Overall, I believe the workout has really helped me achieve my goals of dropping under 10% body fat. In my “before” picture, I am about 170 lbs. and 12% BF. Currently, I weigh 160 lbs. and my BF is hovering around 9%. My goal is to get to 8% in the next two weeks right in time for summer break. I am an 8th grade English teacher in Maryland, and as soon as school is out I am heading to the pool or beach with my family – and it’s nice to finally have a true beach body!

This has been a great workout, and fit perfectly into my schedule as a teacher without significant time to spend in the gym.
