Greater Self Confidence In Physical Self

“My biggest struggle before starting this program was definitely self confidence in my physical self. The transition from high school to a larger community at university was really really hard for this reason. Everyone was bigger, stronger, faster etc.   

I ordered No Nonsense muscle building program to build up confidence, not just in the sporting context, but also in a social environment. I was angry at my body and at my self for not getting the results I wanted despite eating responsibly and playing a lot of sport as well as lifting weights. But I never went in with a solid goal a solid plan as to how I was to attain it.

No-Nonsense Muscle Building allowed me to do so.   One of the hardest things that I rarely hear about was overcoming the initial concerns of what I looked like at the gym itself, where a vast majority were incredibly buff. As time went on I started to overcome this, reminding myself that one day, that guy that everyone envied in the gym would be me, and that for the time being, I would have to just focus on myself, my exercises, and not worry about what others thought. The occasional compliment from friends or females (particularly friends of whom I haven't seen in months) is always a huge boost to my ego, but just the gratification that I have in myself is sufficient in making me far happier with my body than prior to Vince's No Nonsense Muscle Building.”

“Gained 26 Pounds Of Muscle!”

“I used to think that if I work out once a week and do my daily push ups, eventually my muscles will just get bigger.  

After graduation and for 3 months I did nothing but work out, eat right and get good rest. I did not even realize my progress, I would look in the mirror and see the same skinny me. I think that every one i know have called me skinny countless times and probably in 4 different language. Through out High School i weighed from 125-136 and 5 ft 10 inches which is unbelievably skinny.  

I came back with 26 pounds of muscle on top of skinny me and everyone was shocked with my result. It feels so good to know that they want to know how i did it, how i become so ripped or swole. A couple weeks ago my Girlfriend wanted to watch "New Moon" after all the talk about Taylor Lauttner (jacob black) It feels so good to know that my Girlfriend likes my body more than his. By the way, I’m not done yet.”

“Slowly But Surely”

“I started this process the beginning of October, however only after a few weeks I developed some back and neck problems, then along with that I broke a couple of toes.  Things were not going as planned. 

I did get a few weeks into the program.  I had great plans and energy and it came crashing down.  The doctor and chirpractor are both stating 'old age' but I refuse to believe that.

Anyway I did maintain for a few weeks and was losing weight along with inches, so all was good.  As for the weight training, I was doing well also and able to increase the weight/reps with every workout.  I could not maintain the weights with the pain however, but was able to keep up with the cardio.

So only losing a couple of inches off the waist, I continue my journey."

“So I started out weighing at 97.5kg (214.5lbs) and according to my gyms fat loss guy’s pinchers a flabby 12.7%.  

So then starting on your 4day program I got started.  It took me a good month to really feel comfortable again.  Then as the weeks progressed I could start seeing changes in my body so I got really motivated and pushed it up to the 5 day program for the past month. I gotta say mate, they were some of the most gruelling workouts by far. And fun. I had so much fun in the gym I looked forward to working out everyday. And then of course my mates started noticing how hard I was training and started asking questions which felt great, my girlfriend was loving the new body, and I was feeling incredible.  I now sit at 6.5% and 92.0kg and feel great. “I have completed my 3 months! and wow have i changed!!! people i see rarely are really surprised when they see how i've completly changed!  

Infos about my transformation:
- from 157 pounds, i am now 174!! 17 pounds of muscle gain!!
- my bicep flexed went from 29 to 36cm!!
- my chest has really got bigger and nicer!!
- my calfs from 31 to 35 cm!!

These first 3 months were a complete success for me! not only me, but anyone around me will approve that!

“Despite training 3 - 4 times a week in the gym I couldn't gain any muscle, it was very demotivating to train to the point of total fatigue and yet not see any results.

I think you can see in the photos how much muscle I put on. I started with a typical ectomorph frame of 76kg which now appears a far more muscular 86kg and I can now say I'm proud of the way I look.
